    • Standard Delivery typically includes curbside delivery or delivery to your front door/building entrance for larger items. For multi-unit dwellings, this may be to the building’s main lobby or mailroom.

      • Quebec & Ontario:  3-7 business days
      • Manitoba & Saskatchewan:  5-10 business days
      • Alberta & British Columbia:  7-12 business days
      • Atlantic Provinces: 7-14 business days
      • Territories & Remote Locations: 10-20 business days, may require custom quote

Shipping Costs

    • We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $4500 to most locations in Quebec and Ontario. Certain exclusions for oversized items or remote locations may apply.

Premium White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service

    • For the ultimate convenience, Kids Furniture Canada offers a White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service in select major metropolitan areas, including Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa. Please check service availability for your postal code at checkout or contact us.
    • Our White Glove Service typically includes:
      • Delivery to the room of your choice (up to 2 flights of stairs).
      • Unpacking and inspection of your furniture.
      • Full assembly of all items by our professional team.
      • Placement of furniture in your desired location within the room.
      • Removal of all packaging materials.
    • Additional fees apply for White Glove Service. This option can usually be selected during the checkout process if available for your area.

Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier’s website where you can monitor its progress.

Receiving Your Delivery – Important Notes

    • Please inspect your packages carefully upon arrival for any visible damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice significant damage to the packaging, please make a note of it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and Contact Us immediately.
    • For larger items delivered by freight, an adult must typically be present to receive and sign for the delivery. The carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
