Kids Furniture Canada is not responsible for any labor charges for removal or reinstallation of products, nor for shipping costs related to returning a defective product, unless otherwise determined by us on a case-by-case basis or required by law.
Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Kids Furniture Canada for its furniture products and supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations.
All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty.
Kids Furniture Canada shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Some provinces may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
